This machine has been awesome! Yes indeed a real workhorse. I have had it for 13 years and never needed a service. For most of its life it has been working for 4 adults. For a period of time it was constantly doing loads of towels from a massage therapist who worked from home. It did get rusty around the drawer and discolour in the front but that didn't affect the machine itself.
